CORETOBER is a Merge twist on the fitness favorite known as Squatober! We’re focusing on core development AND the squat pattern so you walk out of October stronger, more powerful, and more confident! Our contemporary Pilates class will flow through contemporary and classical movements. 45 minutes of Flow will leave you more centered and stable to move through your day!

MERGEd
THE signature class you don't want to miss! Become the strongest, most confident version of yourself in this 45 minute class. We will start with Pilates, move into strength work (with sandbags- but no mess don't worry), and finish with Pilates- the best of both worlds!

FLUX
This lower intensity, 45 minute mobility focused Pilates class is perfect for active recovery, improving your flexibility, and helping you move bigger and stronger, for longer!

SURGE
The class for when you're short on time but still committed to your goals! A 25 minute contemporary Pilates class that will light you up and send you out ready for whatever you have ahead of you!
